Dilman Luxury Stay

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from the old town, seafront and train station. The hotel is decorated in a contemporary style with lots of glass and marble. All of the staff on reception are so welcoming and helpful. They provided a full overview of the facilities, area, directions, maps. made restaurant reservations, booked taxis etc. Such a refreshing change to receive good service. We had a studio apartment with a small kitchen with kettle, fridge etc which was useful for making drinks and having snacks. The room was very clean and modern with soft touch controls for lighting and air con. The shower was powerful and had the ‘spa style’ side jets. All toiletries and bathrobes were provided .

It is situated centrally, you are close to all visiting places and train station. Quiet at night. Very clean. Norberto was very nice and helpful.

We visited luxurious hotels in the past, but we’ve rarely (maybe never?) experienced service like in Dilman. Raffaella and Norberto went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, including renting a car and reserving garage space. Their response time was always under 5 minutes and all that while being relaxed, super friendly and always smiling. A 6* service. Our room had a nice little balcony, comfortable bed and a huge shower cabin. The cleaning service was very good, room was spotless. Location is perfect, walking distance everywhere.

Perfect luxury suites hotel, in the best location one can ask for in Bari. Super clean, modern are bright spacious rooms. In addition the reception is super friendly , and informative in every detail, about the accommodation in detail and the city’s surroundings. Minutes walk to every side of the center , shopping area or old Bari. All around and easy. Parking places in front of the hotel . Everything in perfection !
